Hey there Legend!!! Miss Julia and I wanted to tell you how totally amazing you are and how much we appreciate every one of you. Here are some clips and pics from today’s Bible Games!!

Today in Legend Kids we begin digging into our Dreams Unit! A sneak peak on who's dream in the bible we will be talking about today comes from the scripture verse from Genesis 28:15. "I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go." Come visit Legend kids tonight at 5pm, and see who's dream we will be talking about. See you then!

Last night Legend Kids' ended the Spiritual Gifts unit with a celebration! It was a fun filled time with snacks, minute to win it games, and many dressed up super heros! We know the one real superhero is Jesus! Stay tuned as we reveal our new upcoming unit we begin next week!

God gives each one of us special spiritual gifts for us to use and share with others to be used for His glory!

As our Gifts of the Spirit unit comes to a close, here is a snippet of some of the things we focused on. We talked about the Power To Do, which are gifts of healing, miracles, and faith. For the gifts of healing, we wrapped a few children around in toilet paper representing sickness that was bound around them. Other children laid hands on them and unwrapped the toilet paper off showing healing! Having faith is like balloons. When you try to pop them, you know in the end they will pop, but it doesn't always happen right away. So having the faith and not giving up, and continuing to jump on them until they finally pop!

Our Legend Kids' had an awesome time at our Christmas Bowling Party Today! You guys bowled awesome!

These past few weeks in Legend Kids' we have been talking about the Holy Spirit. We took the time to explain about baptism and complete a hands on activity to explain what the BIG deal is about baptism. When the toilet paper was wrapped around each child's hand they couldn't break free from it or move their hand much. Once they put their hand under the water, the toilet paper came off and their hand was free. This represents baptism and all the gunk and sin is washed away and off of us once we come up from the water.

This week we incorporated many the arts into our worship! Our newest was dancing in worship with paint on our feet! We learned another new form of praise, which is Barack. It means to kneel or bow before the Lord. We did an awesome activity to exercise the meaning of this new word, and finished it off with some s'mores! Yum!
